It's not hard to figure out what happened here. No date on the contract, talk about longer than 8 week camps, talk about avoiding GGG/Canelo in September, no venue mentioned......delay delay delay until they can pretend that there was no time and Povetkin must be signed.
Hearn never wanted this fight next. Povetkin 9/22, but let's move away from Sept. because of Canelo? Sign the contract....with no date. With nothing saying the fight is next? Please.

Hearn is a lying scared bum, sends a contract with no venue or date. What a scammer, for all you boxers who are thinking about signing with this snake, have second thoughts and look how this liar operates, I knew something was fishy about that contract they sent over, just to try to scam and act like they really want the fight and get all these dilusional Britian idiots hypnotized to Eddie Hearns conning lies, hahahahahahahah!!!! Dummies!!!!!!!

Joshua Vs Wilders Talks 'Positive' And 'Negotiations On Going' Says Hearn
According to promoter Eddie Hearn a showdown between IBF/WBA and WBO heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua and WBC titleholder Deontay Wilder has a ’70 percent’ chance of happening next in a multi million pound unification battle.
Hearn revealed that in the last 24 hours negotiations have become advanced following Wilder’s $50 million pound offer to fight Joshua, last week.
Speaking to Sky Sports earlier today Hearn said: "70 per cent. Their side has been very vocal in letting the media know about everything that is happening.
"We’ve had some positive conversations over the past day or so. Negotiations are ongoing and we’re all hopeful to reach an agreement."
Confirmation of Wilder’s $50 million offer has reportedly been validated by his representatives which has made Hearn sit up and take notice.

May 2, 2018:
Team Wilder countered with a guaranteed offer of $50 million.
Hearn and Joshua wanted to proof of funds - which they apparently received from Wilder co-manager Shelly Finkel.
The two sides have been in communication over the past two days, with very positive talks, and Hearn believes the fight is now much closer to coming off.
Asked how likely the fight was to be agreed, Hearn exclusively told Sky Sports: “70 percent.”

Finkle and co would not even have a face to face with hearn and iall there talk was all through social media.
I am glad joshua decided not to fight in america and stuck by his guns as the A-side and choosing wisdom over money.
Wilder has refused to sign now for a 6 x times his highest purse and reverts back to his 1.8 million a fight with breazeale and joshua will earn a mimimum of 18 million against povetkin.
Who really is the ****** one for turning the fight down.
Wilder Will have to fight 7 times to get that 15 million....joshua just needs two fights lol.
You have some brains don't you
