Alabama? And you want me to stop embarrassing myself? Ha! Pipe down mate, Armageddon day is soon approaching. Hearn got his hoe card called and on Friday he will officially be on the clock. Just sit back and enjoy the show, good ole Fast Car Eddie will come up with some excuse. You just wait.

HE DOESN'T WANT THE FIGHT IN 2018. Like I've already stated, it makes more sense for him to put it on DAZN in 2019 after months of their debut. Extremely difficult to put this fight on DAZN after only one month in existence. Seriously, how many Americans know what the hell DAZN is?
I actually got into a disagreement with another poster, on another thread. My stance was yours; it'd be ****** to put the fight on DAZN, instead of Showtime this year.

I even disagree with you about next year though. Hardcore fans will purchase the fight regardless, but I just don't see casuals downloading an app, and paying $20 to stream a ppv boxing match. Even next year, I don't see DAZN being popular, and I think it'd be a big mistake to put it anywhere but Showtime or HBO, even though I understand why Hearn would want it for DAZN

Can't wait to see the fanboys of whoever wins proclaim it as some great victory with hof implications. Both of these guys are mediocre and I'm sick of hearing about them.

Regardless of how you feel, it's 2 undefeated heavyweights, fighting for undisputed. Historic, if nothing else....

No, trust me I think it should be on SHO or SHO PPV. But Hearn needs a big time fight on DAZN. They are paying him $125 million per year, he better attract hundred of thousands boxing subscribers.

I agree. I understand WHY hearn would want it on DAZN, but it seems like he'd make less money for his fighter by putting it there.

His priority should be getting AJ paid, not saving face.

That's true, but it doesn't mean it's a particularly good fight.

That's fair, but at this point, what fight is more meaningful for either guy?

Or if this isn't a particularly good fight, what other heavyweight makes it a good fight?
