Can someone explain why Arum is trying to sabotage Pacquiao's fight?

The past 3 weeks he has been saying Pac owes money or that the backers dont have the money

and then recently he is trying to steal Matthysse away from Manny so Crawford can fight Lucas instead.

Pac used to be his biggest cash cow, but now, Pac is promoting his own fight. Arum has been demoted to a fight distributor in the USA. Now he’s pissed off because he can’t control Pac anymore. I hope Crawford and Lomachenko leave him too!

Mattyhsse supposedly still owed $2 million by MP. I'd say it's less than 50/50 this fight happens. MP is a real amateur outfit. No US TV lined up as of yet. Missed the PPV deadline. If the fight takes place and Pac survives Mattyhsse, I suspect that Pacquiao will go crawling back to Uncle Bob for future guidance.

only time arum speaks out on this fight is about something negative such as what he's been doing in the recent day, saying he's not sure if this fight is gonna push thru or not, and oscar is suppose to co-promote this fight with manny yet he's making statements like "i might fly over there to help manny promote this fight".. lol

seems like pac/lucas are the only 2 who is actually looking forward to this fight lol. arum and oscar on the other hand seems like they dont care at all.

Pac doesn’t need Arum, he organized this fight against Arum’s will. He could always get financiers from countries like Japan, China and Singapore to finance his next fight. Arum could start manipulating somebody else, Pac’s done with him.
