Very little info out there right now about this project but its listed as in-development on iMDB. No story, nothing. But you can see wilder and holyfield listed if you click "preliminary cast". Wilder mentioned in a recent interview that he was starting a separate venture as a movie actor so it looks like this will be the first movie.
