At this point it's in the best interests of Manny to retire. I don't see why he keeps fighting unless he really needs the money which would be sad. That being said, if this fight doesn't happen it's on Pacquiao. He's the promoter. It's his job to make sure everything is in order and everyone gets paid. Top Rank has nothing to do with it. If Manny was smart he would have just turned the promotion of the event over to Golden Boy from the beginning instead of trying to do 2 jobs at once.
