Sturm is not in the picture and probably will never be. Look: it's June 2006. He fought De La Hoya in June 2004. Since then, NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. He has fallen off the planet. He had two chances to come back into the picture but turned down fights with Taylor and Abraham. Sturm is nothing.

Taylor and Abraham are, in my not so humble opinion, the two best young middleweights. Both of them are incredibly strong, physical and aggressive fighters. Over the next few months Taylor’s skills should improve under the tutelage of Manny Steward, and Abraham already is a tremendously skilled fighter with a style resembling Winky Wright’s at times, and Marvin Hagler’s at others. Both fighters have fought the highest level of competition. Taylor, as we all know, has his two fights with Hopkins and his fight with Winky Wright. Abraham holds wins over Howard Eastman, Kingsley Ikeke, Kofi Jantuah, and could very well have another win over a top ten fighter in Edison Miranda. Taylor and Abraham are both undefeated, and however questionable some of Taylor’s wins might be you cannot take away from him his effort in those fights or his undefeated record. The icing on the cake in for this fight is that both fighters also pack a punch; Taylor has scored seventeen stoppages in twenty-six fights, and Abraham has scored seventeen stoppages in twenty-one fights.

abraham would be a great staybusy tuneup for taylor. taylor needs a break. he needs to work on more boxing skills. its bugging me to see him still making same mistakes.it would be good if manny stuart stays with him but in prefight intervieuw manny said he was moving on. i got the immpression he wasn't 100% happy with taylors performance.

No ****, at least Pacman has proven himself several times against top-notch competition. The biggest fight Sturm had he couldn't win convincingly enough, knowing full well that Oscar would get every single thing in his advantage.

Abraham vs Taylor would be a great fight. Both have KO power so any one of them can be KOed. Plus Abraham has great defensive skills similar to Winkys. It would be a nice fight and I think it will end in UD.
