It was a great fight. Two warriors going at it. Both had their moments. This fight showed that Duran wasn't just a brawler, but a thinking boxer when faced with a tricky, or unusual style. I thought Duran kicked his ass. I didn't think it was close.

it really wasnt that close duran kicked his ass, al bernstein tried to act outraged by the decison, but he is a notorius duran hater, i couldnt beleive one judge had it for barkley

i really cant see how the midget roberto duran fought iran barkley and survived the whole fight..ive heard ppl say barkley really won the fight but they gave it to duran ..but still i cant understand how he survived because the size difference was so great..was barkley not aggresive? did duran run? what happened

Durán run? Are you out of your mind?! In case you havn't been paying attention, running is not a part of his nature. Turning his back on a jackass is one thing, but running is for prey, Duran's a predator! If he's ever taken a backward step in the ring, it must've happened while I was blinkin'...
