You think just because he's short that he wouldn't make it prison? It's about mentality more than anything.

Then pay the *** up! This should be no different from legit buisnesses that get their $$$ out of you. I dont feel sorry for anyone who gets ***ed up for cheating or not paying They made the deal. They just LOST. If they win they would be all about getting paid.

I know right. The RICO Act was designed to catch the Mafia. More than likely, they caught a low level guy & charged him with one of Shuluguy’s (??) kingpin charges. Very, very difficult to beat as it is not necessary to prove intent of the “presumed” guilty parties. Even if you get in the car with some under a RICO indictment, you have to prove that you had no idea of any criminal enerterprising occurring or you are tossed into the pot with them. All because they can’t truly “catch” the big man

seriously you probably get less for violent **** or manslaughter. But the 'State' always values property [and especially loss of taxes] more seriously than crimes against the person.

If he'd have pleaded guilty and framed his boss he might have got off with a greatly reduced sentence albeit with a contract out on him.

They don't play around with RICO charges. Probably one of the worst federal crimes
