Don't see it happening anytime soon, would love to see Charlo against some actual names at 160, Jacobs, Derevyanchenko, Andrade or Murata even. No denying his skills just want to see him against some solid competition at 160, he was awesome at 154.

I don't know if this would happen if he ever gets the opportunity to fight either one of these guys mentioned but with the way he hits I'd give him a better chance against the Fraud...

No not yet. I would like Jermall to be brought up carefully. A couple more fights with better competition at middleweight. I want him to be pushed a little bit and have to cope with that first and then maybe late next year, then put him in with Canelo or Golovkin.
