I got Smith winning just about. Very close fight I haven't seen enough of mungia to make a good prediction of his chances.

I fear this shall be something like when the little known Kovalev came over to the UK and completly destroyer Nathan Cleverly inside 4 one sided beat down rounds... Slight diff circumstances but see it being a similar type of fight... Muguia will simply be too big too strong too aggressive for Smith. Smith doesnt have the power to cause Munguia to think twice about coming forward.

Whereas Smith although losing still done alright in spurts against an elite fighter in canelo. So he's been in there with higher level opposition then mungia, Who at 21 still has loads to learn.
But we'll see. one thing I do know is that it will be a war toe to toe and should be a great fight.

munguia seems to have some really long arms and some elite power in his left hook
i think thats gonna cause smith a lotta problems - mung's height and reach and power, and the fact hes a front foot fighter, smith prefers to be on the front foot
i think smith will probably move around and try to survive and then try to come on in the later rounds

Smith was having success against Cheatnelo, until he got tagged by that body shot. Munguia is in for a rude awakening

Smith might not be a top fighter but to my eyes he is a tough costumer and a decent fighter.
Let's not blow out this of proportion, Munguia beat a 147 Ali who not even at welter packs a big record, Munguia is 21 years old, Jaime is just a kid and Smith has been in there with an elite fighter in Canelo and even tho he did not last the 12 rounds he did not give Canelo an easy victory.
I'm on the minority that thinks this fight goes the 12, if Munguia stops Smith then we have a monster in the division, give the kid some more experience and he will be a threat to anyone including Hurd and Charlo.
