If the guy weighs the same as you, yet he looks 20 lbs thinner, than thats usually because of one thing:

he has a lot more muscle mass than you do... which probably means he can hit a lot harder as well.

one time in school while playing basketball some dumbass, threw the basketball right at my face at full speed pass, it didn't even fase me. Another time one of my older brothers hit me with his fist, a right hand, again it didn't fase me. once i go to boxing, first time i sparred all the way up to two weeks continully sparring every sparring i would black out for half a second from being stunned from my sparring partners punch. later on i got better and got use to getting hit and later on i stunned him very badly -actually hit him on the chin-, he struck a pose for a good 2 seconds i hit him with a counter right hand that had him looking like a manaken. another time years later, again i thought i had a good chin, then i sparred with a known puncher who won amature tounaments and he stunned me with an overhand right that buckeld my knews and my legs felt like they had just fallen asleep and i had that sinsation in my legs and seen stars as he tried to attack even more. later on we exchanged hurting each other. we keep sparring later on and our trainer wouldn't allow us to sparr each other cause we were too dangerous for each other, since every other sparring we had was a war and it seemed we took turns hurting each other the time we did sparr, but i learned a lot from those sparrings.

only way you will know how good a chin you have is by joining a gym, but most importantly getting the experiance first, you can't go into a gym green as hell, and want to test your chin, hells no, ive seen that happened and it aint pretty. so to test your chin, join a gym, sparr, get experiance, then with in time you will know.

**** no, means you going to kick his ass, forget that mentallity, just respect your opponet but at the same time belive you are going to kick his ass and he has to worry about why your going to do and how hard you hit, not what he is going to do and how hard he hits.

I've never actually "blacked out" from a punch before. But I've been dazed and sort of 'light headed' after one, not to mention a huge headache
