Some guys might be avoiding fighting for the WBC Strap so that they don't have to ENROLL and they can continue to do Vada Testing when it is CONVENIENT for them like I don't know after they CYCLE OFF MAYBE?

Not accusing anybody of anything but it is really no legit reason not to be enrolled in VADA. Spence, AJ, Lomachenko, Bivol, Gervonta Davis, Povetkin and plenty of other pretty big names all need to be Enrolled in VADA CBP.

I have to question if that was the real reason why Canelo just made up some BS Beef with the WBC so that he wouldn't have to Enroll up until recent. Remember he was rejecting the WBC Belt and everything. ALSO going back to AJ, I question if VADA CBP is why he is stalling with the Wilder Fight.
