It looked like it was caused by Ocampo bending down and deflecting the punch downwards to me. Didn’t look intentional, you only DQ for intentional and repetitive low blows. I doubt it even landed because he acted like he didn’t feel it but reacted instantly to the body shots. So stop reaching.
