I didn't see the guy hit his head but it's better to go with caution in these situations, I remember when Prichard Colón was complaining about getting hit on the back of the head. A lot of forum members were saying he was being a pussy and acting hurt, unless it's a known faker like Dirrell it's better to take the wait and see approach.
