Errol Spence looking su****ious? (no VADA testing since May 2017)

So, 2 months ago the WBC released a list with all fighters who refused to sign up to the Clean Boxing Program. Most elite fighters and world champions are signed up to the Clean Boxing Program, it has nothing to do if they are ranked by the WBC or not. Both Charlos are enrolled, also Jarret Hurd, Terence Crawford, Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter

Errol Spence has only undergone VADA Testing in one of his professional bouts, when Kell Brook requested VADA testing for their fight in 2017.

Yesterday was the weigh in for his fight, here are some pictures and a video that popped up on the matter.

Whats your opinion on the matter?

Does Errol Spence look su****ious?

Why doesn't he sign up to the Clean Boxing Program like the Charlos and the other top Welterweights like Crawford, Garcia, Porter etc? Neither Hurd or Crawford are ranked by the WBC so thats no excuse.

This accusation is rich coming for and Anthony Joshua fan! LOL!

And add in that Spence gets in many uncalled brutal low blows prior to Ko's. They seem to be targeted not accidental.
