I'ma say Juan should win easily as long as he doesn't stay in 1 spot too long. That pure boxer guy um, Jaurieag(sp?) boxed circles around Suico. Suico is like the Filipino version of Corrales. That's no joke. He's tall, long arms, and packs a devastating punch. His hooks nearly decapitate guys though when they don't just stand infront of him, he has a real hard time chasing his opponent down. Infact for being a pure power puncher, he doesn't really go in for the kill much. He sits back waiting for his opponent to come to him and that's where the comparisons with Corrales stop. Anyone who saw Corrales-Freitas, knows Corrales puts that pressure on you until he gets close enough to land his bombs.

suico is a slow fighter with not too good skills. but he got some power so he has a punchers chance. but diaz can easily outbox suico.

All I can say about Randy is that, that boy can definitely crack. He should work on some things if he wants more than a punchers chance againts Diaz. But this is boxing and I defenitely will not count Randy out. He also has a darn good record (24-2, 21kos). His 2 losses are via hometown contorversial decisions.

I dunno about the Fana fight, though the other one that was on Solo Boxeo wasn't controversial. The guy outboxed Randy easily and I wouldn't have called it a bad decision or controversial by any means. Simply put it, Randy can't deal with boxers. He's a puncher first and foremost and replies on his power more than anything. I don't think Juan will let Suico setup and punch though anything can happen and has Juan's chin really been tested yet?

                  From the article Alibata linked:

Boxing promoter and manager Rex "Wakee" Salud who is putting together the fight card for the battle between his close friend Manny Pacquiao and Mexican Oscar Larios informed Viva Sports/Manila Standard Today that he received an overseas call from Suico's manager, well-known Japanese journalist Joe Koizumi telling him that Suico had to be pulled out of the July 2 card because of the title shot.

****i'n Joe Kozumi sucks. He wasted the Suico's talent by not giving him a decent trainer. Now if he fails again on this it's going to be his third consecutive loss, I guess it would mean retirement.

                      Diaz by an easy UD.
But he better watch out for Suico's bombs, coz that boy can punch.
