If Usyk goes to Russia and beats Gassiev, then he's one of the top 3 p4p fighters in the world, in my opinion.

On the one hand, fkn YES!!! On the other hand, piss poor planning from the WBSS... OK. You accept that a neutral venue ain't always the best option cos of the financials, but it's hard to argue that this ain't a significant advantage for Gassiev given the simmering political tensions between Ukraine and Russia.

I really like both guys here so I didn't really have a preference - maybe Murat if anyone - but if Usyk goes to Russia I'm gonna have to be rooting for him - actually - fuck. If he could take this that'd be undisputed having won all four titles on his opponents' turf. Fkn epic. Doubt that's been done before.
