Its coming from 2016 back when the WBC ordered Spence to face Tim Bradley for the belt. The WBC required all boxers who fought for their title to participate in VADA, so Spence called Al Haymon assistant Brad and asked if he had to take it, and Brad told him not if he wasn't in the top 10 rankings of the WBC. So claiming he's not ranked by the WBC Spence didn't take the fight. So that is what started the whole Errol Spence is on steriods talk, cause he could have took that fight and already had a Thurman fight, a Shawn Porter or a Danny Garcia fight.
