For my money, I pick Toney but it's slim I think at 175. I see Tarver doing better at cruiser and heavy.

Tarver was a better fighter overall. Toney was very inconsistent.

Tarver can't deal with that style, thats why Hopkins messed him up. The sideways shelled up style of fighting where you work off of the hips is to much for Tarver as he fights squared up and to long.

I think Toney would win on points. Toney at his best threw a hell of a lot of hard punches round after round. Tarver could not keep up with him. You have Toney throwing 70 or more punches a round and Tarver throwing less than 30 punches a round.
