Comments Thread For: Hosea Burton: I'm High Risk, Low Reward!

Since his defeat to Frank Buglioni in December 2016, it seemed that Hosea Burton (21-1, 10 KOs) was hell bent on avenging the only loss of his professional career. Buglioni defeated Burton to take the latter's British light heavyweight title with a final round stoppage in what was easily a domestic fight of the year contender.

You got stopped by Buglioni, who just isn't that good either.

Hosea Burton is a decent boxer, but it seems his career has stagnated since the loss to Frank Buglioni. Seems he's hung around waiting for opportunities without really doing anything more of note. I personally think he should go up to Cruiserweight permanently and forget about rivals at Light Heavy. Burton's movement would give someone like Lawrence Okolie problems, for example. Would also be a great fight against Matty Askin for the British title.

buglioni should have gone on his back foot when he got wobbled, but he just stood there. Buglioni should change coaches cause he shouldn't be a plodder or come forward type.

This guy beats Buglioni 99 times out of 100.

He should put that right really.

I also think Burton would beat Yarde if they fought right now.

He gonna have to hit the road now. He’s a member of the who needs them club. Good fighter imo
