He out-boxed Michael Moorer and Frankie Liles as an amateur, demolished the USA lb4lb #1 Tim Littles, beat up Roy Jones Jr, out-boxed Michael Moorer and Sugar Ray Leonard on the same night on his first-ever day at the Kronk, had Manny Steward call him "the best I've ever had" in 1992, scored the fastest knockout in middleweight history against Jay Bell, wiped out John Mugabi and Julian Jackson in one round each and punched Nigel Benn through the ropes in 30 seconds, knocked out 10+ opponents with the left hook to the body, punched Jerome Kelly over the ropes and out of the ring with a left uppercut to the body, I could go on..

Great fighter. Scum as a human being if the rumours are true.

                He didn't get help.

McClellan out-boxes the 85-87 Hagler, but the 77-78 Hagler is a sharp-hitting counter-puncher who can take McClellan on the cards (although having said that, 12 rounds is a long time to find Hagler's sweet spot on the body).
