As someone who has followed Yarde's career, I'm pretty disappointed he has not stepped up yet. I thought for sure in this fight he would take a Sean Monahan or Thomas Williams type opponent.

Yarde has huge potential but he needs to step up to higher level opposition before making ****** statements.

Thats the biggest thing about him, he feels ok fighting cans. He doesn;t seem to want to question his trainer (Tunde) or his promoter (Frank), he is comfortable doing this until he sees a free belt somewhere. I cannot iamgine his team turning down the idea of him fighting Buatsi after their next fights. He would be 35-0 before he steps up anything.

The funniest thing is he’s in the wrong division if he wants a free belt. I actually think very highly of him but his reluctance to want to be great is getting increasingly frustrating.

Honestly his statements would be absolutely fine with his limited experience if it weren’t for his ridiculous ranking and Frank Warren continually blowing smoke up his arse.

As it is he’s being talked about as if he’s the next big thing so he needs to prove that else he’s gonna get more and more flak.

yarde seems like a very good,marketable fighter but come on I think its about time he faces someone that has the intent to hit back

27 years old and still fighting bums to gather experience. When will he step up? When he is 30? Guy is a bum. If pascal wins his return fight throw him against pascal to see where he is really at other than that this kid needs to shut the **** up
