In a round about way it does. Agenda21/31 outlines the framework for a one world government under United nations guidelines. This is a goal of globalists and involves the control of who can and who cannot have firearms. Examples of countries who have already versions of this (with regard to firearms) are China, UK and Australia. So what I was saying is that you are most likely a leftwing progressive. If you aren't than I missed the mark in my assessment.
