Comments Thread For: Frank Warren: I Want Tyson Fury To Get Mentally Fit

Frank Warren wants Tyson Fury to get mentally fit as well as physically fit. Saturday night in Manchester saw the return of the 'Gypsy King' after two and a half years out since his memorable win against Wladimir Klitschko in Dusseldorf. November 28, 2015 transformed the life of Fury for good and bad, and for fans it was the last time they would see him fighting in a boxing ring until June 9, 2018. Multiple problems for Fury looked like ending a career before it had really began.

Give Fury time, Wilder surely can't get away with fighting another overweight and out-of-shape fighter.

Fury has had one fight in 3 years, and it wasn't really a fight. He's not going to get anywhere near the likes of Wilder or Joshua until next year at the earliest.
As for UK cowards, your great hope Wilder didn't even turn up to Cardiff because Whyte would be near him

I’d quite like to see him fight that 50-0 minimumweight next.

Moonsri? He's a champion, might be too much for Fury.

And if he is, that would be Warren's biggest error. In spite of all his own troubles and anxiety, Price could very well knock out this version of Fury.

Incidentally, the article's title says it all IMO. Fury is NOT mentally fit, not yet. He's almost scary to watch in some of his facial expressions.
