Likewise Team Wilder. If they wanted this fight it would have been done right away. You call someone bluff, you don’t argue over money. Mayweather did that with Oscar, no arguing over money or %, he got the fight, won and called the shots.

THEY called the bluff with the $50M offer. From that point Team Joshua first opined about verification and sponsorship. Then once that was no longer an issue, they said it had to be in the UK. So the majority of the delay is attributed to Team Joshua.

Oh and just because you attempt to negotiate, or argue over money as you say, doesn't mean you don't want the fight. I don't recall these things being said when Parker and Joshua were negotiating.

Yes they call his bluff, and as the A-side Team Joshua did what they had to do. That doesn’t change the fact that if Team Wilder wanted the fight earlier they could have had it. So whether they “called” his bluff AFTER the first offer from Team AJ is irrelevant.

so basically he should have accepted the flat fee? he countered with 50mil. if hearn had offered wilder a percentage and negotiated as the A side just like he did with parker, the 50mil or flat rate would not be an issue and this fight could have been signed months ago. hopefully the fight is made as wilder has accepted the terms, this way us fans can focus on the actual fight and not money we will never see.

Wilder doesn’t care about the financials, according to him. He just wanted the fight according to him. And he had an offer which he didn’t accept. So yeah if he wanted the fight and he doesn’t care about the financials and all he cares about was legacy then he would accept the fight like Mayweather did and beat AJ and control everything from there on.... That's why they met his demand to give him $50 million.
