Benavidez sounds likely. The mando won’t happen until it’s due. I also get a feeling if Khan ain’t fighting Brook he’d fight Bud so maybe that’s a possibility but perhaps not immediately next.

I think the PBC fights might start in 2020 at the earliest unfortunately.
