Comments Thread For: Aik Shakhnazaryan Beats DeMarcus Corley, Who Suffers 30th Loss

DeMarcus Corley's storied career roll continued with yet another voyage and with yet another loss. The former WBO light welterweight titlist has also reached his milestone 30th defeat, when he was decisioned in one-sided fashion by former IBO world title challenger Aik Shakhnazaryan, who at 24 (turns 25 in a month) is twenty years younger then the veteran gatekeeper.

Can’t help but respect Corley for continuing to truck on like this. He might be the world’s best journeyman.

Best elite-level gatekeeper in history, matched only by Emanuel Augustus. Honour to this man.

Waaaait a minute! Augustus is the best god-darn gatekeeper in history. That guy could separate clown from class! RIP he gave FloydJr a way tougher fight than Corley.

Nevermind that half of both of these guys losses should have been wins.

Chop chop reminds me of Freddy Pendleton w/ all the losses on his record but Pendleton revived his career after many early losses but still had a lot to bring to the table... he was a favorite aren't Tuesday night boxing years back...
