Judging solely by the eye test and not by actual opponents I wouldn't strongly disagree with that statement, however Terence is still to fight the caliber of fighters Leonard fought or anything close to that. He fought some really good fighters though and was undisputed and now he's a 3 division world champ.

He has a chance at 147 to gain that legendary status as the division is full of very good fighters especially Errol Spence. That's a fight that needs to happen and it will be for all the marbles, but as of right now Terence Crawford is the best P4P fighter in the world and he's still getting better!
