Excellent performance. Boggles my mind people don’t put him in the same bracket of prospect as Dubois, despite fighting the better opposition and looking much classier in terms of variety and skill set.

If those two fought right now it’s a pick em, but I might lean towards Gorman tbh

It's very easy to forget that this guy is 21, as he looks much older. He's no where near his prime lol

If he keeps up this progression, and doesn't rush things, by 24/25, he will be fully developed physically and have bags of experience.... damn, we have Gorman and Dubois who are just babies in HW terms, even Hughie Fury... these guys will be incredible in 3/4 years.

The best boxer doesn't always win, especially at HW. You need the stamina, heart and power to go with it, as well as height, reach and weight. Dubois isn't as good as Gorman, end of, but he's bigger and stronger, and if Dubois lands it's game over and he'll finish you.... much like Wilder and Joshua.... limited boxers but massive and powerful.

I think Dubois could be outboxed by Gorman, but if they go toe-to-toe, Dubois wins every time.

Gorman has more proven stamina even despite his physique and he can punch a bit himself. He has knocked out better fighters than Dubois has so far, and his defence is better in general due to not being as stiff and having a good radar for incoming punches.

I get th impression he is on a sparring heavy training regime. Not always the best for getting body beautiful, but it is excellent for developing ring iq and staying relaxed in the ring.

Hopefully we see th fight this year. And then a few years after that and then again and they both become top level fighters. I am high on both and following them very closely. They have a lot of time to come back from a loss so hopefully they are brave and match them up for the British Title or something in the near future

Don't get me wrong, I rate Gorman highly, in fact, I'm watching the fight again right now again, he's incredible. Punch selection and movement are A+, and he's quick and powerful etc

What I mean is this, and you will notice this with any HW fight with a guy at 6,5+ and over 240LB'S...... the other guy (smaller guy) has to go back foot, and the bigger guy dominates the ring for ONE reason... power!

I think Gorman would have to go back foot against Dubois and wouldn't be able to work inside like he done against Turner last night.... you have to operate back foot against a guy like Dubois, much like people do with AJ. Takam was front foot against Parker and back foot against AJ, for example.... and it's because AJ caught him hard inside and then he was discouraged from engaging.

I think Gorman would outbox Dubois from the outside, moving and slipping punches.... but if Dubois landed ONE punch..... he'll step on him and finish it, or Gorman would go even more into survival mode and moving around. Power=dominance in a ring.

Maybe Dubois can change my mind with a mature and well-rounded display against Little but right now I'd feel pretty confident betting on Gorman to knock him out. Quite clearly the more developed fighter right now. I strongly doubt Frank lets that fight happen anytime soon, though I hope I'm wrong
