Well, Hearn's got Luke Campbell who is 1 win away from being Garcia's mandatory. Also, considering Garcia and Arum's relationship, Hearn might be the only guy that could get him the Lomachenko fight

Garcia's next mandatory is Commey, assuming he beats Easter. IBF mandatory is due first. Wishful thinking to foresee him signing with Hearn for a Luke Campbell fight that's uninteresting and a year away at the least.
