Arum paid for the judges and ref in the Horn vs Manny fight so that he had 2 options:

1. Crawford can get a belt at 147 = $$$
2. Lomachenko can have a crack at Manny = $$$

I still think Horn got outboxed and beaten by Manny, no doubt. He lost that fight even with the crooked ref and dirty tactics, but now Arum gets to kill 2 birds with one stone.

just reading the comments on one of the other threads. 'dangerous fight' 'horns gonna make this tough and ugly' 'size difference could be a big factor'. Horn was a joke opponent not long ago Surely i cant be the only person to notice the change in opinion, be interesting to bump the thread where the fight initially got announced. Lets face it horn shouldnt have got the decision against old and shot pacquiao, i know you all hate compubox but he literally landed half the punches. And he had the element of surprise and had his home fans cheering him on, which can make quite a difference.

You should be able to whip him even if you are the smaller man, just like pacquiao and mayweather used to do back in the day. You dont prove yourself at the weight by beating horn, crawfords got to beat spence or thurman. The winner of porter/garcia would also be a solid opponent too.

I don't doubt Bud is going to beat Horn but don't underestimate how effective a headbutt or a thumb in the eye is to taking a better fighter out of his game plan. I personally don't care if Bud knocks him.out or cautiously boxes him.to a decision victory. Horn is getting beat.

A: Manny shouldn't have lost REGARDLESS of his "age", confirming Manny just didn't show up half the damn fight (don't start on "Round 9!!!" BS) and Horn's win is legit, or

B: Manny was highly overrated and not deserving of Top 10 (despite them still having him Top 3) when they fought, in which case Manny wasn't robbed, he just underestimated how hungry Horn was.

It would be very impressive if he takes him out early. I think most people expect Crawford to take his time and then pick him apart and maybe stop him in the later rounds.
