I don't see it, I think Parker is faster, has better footwork and better coordination. That combination of advantages normally means you can get in land your shots and get back out.
Whyte will have his moments, I'm sure he'll time Parker, and I think Whyte has the better engine, so he will have his rounds, like Takam did, but Parker is a better fighter now and I see him coming away with a competitive decision.
Can't see a KO, both guys have two of the better chins at HW, and neither is a big puncher, but in this division, you never know.
