Comments Thread For: Lomachenko Considers Mikey Garcia His Biggest Challenge

With his surgery for a torn right labrum, plans were scrapped for WBA lightweight champion Vasyl Lomachenko (11-1, 9 KOs) to return on August 25th. It's not clear when the gifted Ukrainian - who stopped Jorge Linares in ten rounds on May 12th in Madison Square Garden in New York City - will box again.

    He's dead on.

Even if you aren't a fan of Lomachenko you have to appreciate that he knows whats up and seems to be a realist.

      Agreed

Mikey is the only one out there with the tools to compete plus power

100%. that's the best fight in boxing right now. those two are top 10 p4p without a doubt, and lomachenko should be #1 on anybody's list after linares.

i still want to see wilder and joshua more, but that's not because they're better, they're just HW with gigantic power and the fight has a lot more riding on it and can turn on a dime.

          crawford is just too big.

How could someone like boxing and not be a fan?

Mikey is huge he is really a WWE but if he fights Loma the same way he did Broner he will lose... cannot see Mikey beating him; Loma does too many things on a technical level much more than Garcia...
