Comments Thread For: Ted Cheeseman Drops, Stops Pauly Upton, Keeps WBA Trinket

Ted Cheeseman produced the most polished display of his career to date as he scored an early win. The Bermondsey super-welterweight retained his WBA International title at York Hall, exclusively live on Sky Sports. Cheeseman dominated proceedings from beginning to end against previously undefeated challenger Pauly Upton at the famous Bethnal Green venue, as part of the latest instalment of Eddie Hearn and Matchroom Boxing's JDNXTGEN series.

Looked very very good tonight did Ted.

Should be looking to fight some of the better British fighters out there though.

Eggington is the one i'd like to see him in there with, 2 pressure come forward fighters who like to throw a lot.

Best performance I saw tonight. Okolie looked good but I’m not sure if Watkins was a match.

I'd like to see the big Cheese on some of Matchrooms US bouts. Eddie also has another show coming off in Monaco & these are the place's where the likes of Ted, Felix Cash & Lawrence Okoli need to be showcased.
