Lara drew with Vanes before he managed to beat him narrowly second time around.

I never understood how they got a draw when Vanes only landed a total of 33 punches??? Lara laned more power punches at 42%, Way more Jabs.

I think he has more than a chance. Canelo does not realize he is only 5'8 1/2 and that would be being extremely generous to him. When he that height fighting someone 6'0 with any type of decent agility or athleticism it's trouble giving up a lot of length we talking about a guy in Jacobs that really could be fighting at 168. I don't believe it 1 bit and if they were going to go that route they might want to fight a tall guy in Spike 1st to get Canelo used to fighting these big huge 160lbs guys.

its like when people used to say "he got knocked down by Angulo" or whatever...yet he ended up knocking him out

lil g passed lara many times when lara would have been the best name on his resume...canelo fought him plus 3 hall of famers...lara asked for a golovkin fight many times with only excuses and no acknowledgement from golovkin or his team....lara had more tv exposure than most of golovkins opponents and carried more weight in the sport

Lara stood no chance in hell against GGG an didn't bring in no money on top of that. Lara was already 33 years old and desperate for a big fight that's all that was... I never said I cared about what you think period, so you can scratch the "seems" out.... I simply said most of the guys on GGG record would beat most of the guys on Canelo's record and that was just the facts....

BTW GGG's tied with Hopkins for most defenses he's already HOF

Who does De La Hoya think he is? Forget this A-Side garbage, GGG is the champ 3-4 times over, Canelo is a cheat and unofficially lost that first fight...Golovkin deserves the lions share not Canelo.

Lets all hope Jacobs beats Canelo if they fight and out an end to this BS A-side crap.
