I honestly don’t care if the rematch happens or not at this point every non biased person who watched the fight knows who won.

If they don’t fight each other and Canelo fights Jacobs cool I’m down , if he fights Spike then that’s a pile of sh.it and not worth watching , If Gennady fights Saunders , Charlo or Devrechenko Cool if it’s another Vanes then f.uck that also

First there is no way Gennady deserves 50% it’s not happening but Canelo has wasted a year of Gennadys career because his insistence on only fighting on Mexican holidays and because he popped dirty and f.ucked up the rematch , If Gennady took the rematch he’ll probably also lose one of his straps. I would figure a small % increase for Gennady is justifiable because he’s being punished for Canelo at best negligence at worst cheating

they are each other biggest payday by far so it’s not only Gennady losing $ it’ll take Canelo anywhere from 2-4 fights to make the $ he would have made from a Gennady rematch and probably 3-6 fights for Gennady

But whatever if it happens cool if not who cares. I’m sure both will continue to bank many millions for years so it’s not like either are struggling

I think they’re both great fighters but I think the pair of them are in danger of not getting the recognition their ability deserves years down the line unless they take the most competitive fights they can for the duration of their career.

Why do some posters see things in terms of my favourite vs your favourite, not every criticism of a fighter is a defence of his oppnent or coming from the enemy camp. It’s not that black and white, it’s not the wwe you know.

This is great news..now the IBF and the WBC will force Gennedy to fight Sergiy D. or Jermall C. respectively.

His next fight will be against someone who will punch back.

Well actually canelo does owe him something. The fact that when they box he doesn't put his life at extra risk by using peds. He owes him a fair fight and in any other business he'd owe him compensation for pulling out of the fight in May for getting caught using peds. And your right canelo and the ****** don't give a **** about anyone but themselves. Using peds then not signing up to drug testing for months proves that.
