At least the Mexican fans gave Canelo stick for delaying the GGG fight. UK fans seem content just to say AJ is our champ.
Because they know Wilder is not a real champ. lol. Who has he fought in 40 fights? lol. 2 guys in the top 10? Wilder was GIFTED a belt.

AJ fighting Povetkin IS A MUCH BIGGER RISK than fighting Wilder. He actually knows how to box and will not quit.

Now all of a sudden, there's no issue to fight in the UK ...LOL
Exactly. And throwing spin doesn't change that either.

Wilder worked his way into the mandatory position, fought the WBC champion, who was universally regarded at the time as the #2 or #3 heavyweight in the world, and then Wilder absolutely dominated him to win the title.

Meanwhile, AJ wildly overpaid to get a voluntary shot at one of the most lightly regarded heavyweight titlists in history, who nobody considered to even be a top 5 heavyweight in the world.

AJ is a great fighter. I've got nothing bad to say about him as a fighter. But to say Wilder was "gifted" a belt is pretty funny considering the circumstances of how he won his title vs. how AJ won his title.

Not to mention that Martin won the fight off a freak injury. Lol

And don't forget Wilder won the title by beaten Bermain Stevern who beat another bum Chris Arreola for a title vacated by Vitali.

Because they do not research the sport! They only care about what's hot at the time trust me!! 95% of them jump on Bandwagon's,, I know because I'm from UK , none of my friends could list you 10 active fighters today out of all weight classes.

Seriously i don't think either side is negotiating this fight to happen next, both fighters are taking on someone else next. This fight is been negotiated for early 2019.

If that is the case, why pass on the $50M to fight a higher risk fight as you say?
