Shelley Finkel is not really respected in the sport. He's considered annoying and slow.

Which he is. and that's why he's been out of the game since his short stint with Tyson in 2001

Finkel worked with PAC from 2005-06 IIRC

This is exactly whats going to happen BUT they might still continue to negotiate for a end of year fight .

We know team Wilder are lying as always bc Breazeale said months ago he had talks with Wilders team and he WOULD be next if Joshua did not fight next . So Breazeale is their fall back opponent , the one they claimed doesn't exist .
Why can't you give Wilder's side ANY credit in all of this?

Do you at least give them credit for the $50million offer?

It's cool to lean to one side or the other, and I'm not stalking you so I don't know what all you have said. But from the posts of yours that I've seen, you've never given Wilder's side an inch of credit in trying to make this fight.

Surely its then in Wilder's interest to be the one who ends the gravy trail and not Povetkin? Another offer has been sent over and Wilder can end any Povetkin fight by signing on the dotted line.

So Jennifer looked in her agenda, found nothing worth more than 2M happening on her own for the next 2 years, and decided to go for the bait ? Good girl...

Now Hearn has to sign her before she backs off again... For the good of the sport...

As a standby yea. AJ has Povetkin as his main fight and Wilder as a standby. Thats the difference

                  Exactly. They're farting around.

Hearn doesn't bluff. Ask Eubank Jr.
Jr messed around with the GGG fight and Hearn made it with Brook in one simple call. Now Jr also got beaten by Groves and is likely looking back thinking about how rich he coulda been.

Hearn knows what he is doing, and he is in the right. His man is the A side, that's all there is to it. He WILL simply move on to Povetkin if these amateurs don't want to do business.

                    Credit for what ?

Do you really think Joshua should pay himself to fight in the U.S ? lol

Because thats WHERE that 50 Million comes from bc Wilder cannot get that amount behind him unless hes fighting JOSHUA bc no sane funder would look at what Wilder generates and do that with any other fighter .

Team Joshua made the initial offer ,while team Wilder openly stated they werent going to chase Joshua and went silent for weeks ...lol

Then they cancelled SCHEDULED meetings and then refused to meet deeming them unproductive while counter offering a ridiculous offer with a 24 hr deadline the next day with NO communication .

Yes lets give THEM the credit ?

looking at boxrec, it seems Finkel was with tyson til 2005?? he must've been involved with tyson-lewis in any case, which is a comparably big fight to wilder-joshua. didn't know Finkel's considered to be annoying/slow, i get the feeling that managers are basically 'fall-guys', to take heat, and some of the flak, away from fighters, whilst making as much $$$ as possible in the process. but then, boxers are typically not the brightest
