Is there a single white fighter you like? Just name me one since the turn of the decade that you've cheered on....

If Fury could get to 60 percent of who he was when he defeated Vlad, I'd pick him vs Wilder. Further, I pick Usyk to beat Wilder at either weight. Usyk would systematically break down Wilder with his counter crosses. I think Usyk is the truth. I wouldn't be surprised to see that guy give Joshua a run for his money, but the current version of Joshua is pretty strong. While Joshua sees every punch coming almost, the Usyk cross would be the fastest cross he's ever went up against.
That said, the talk from Wilder about moving to cruiser, looking past Joshua, seems to be evidence of fear brewing inside the manComment

He’s 6’9 moves and boxes on the back foot with good headmovement and good understanding of his position in the ring. Obviously he has flaws but you have to appreciate how awkward that would be to fight against.
Good technique isn’t everything. What he did was effective. However it was only tested vs one top level fighter, and imo Fury’s fans overrate that fact to mean he would beat everyone under the sun fighting the same way. I’ve watched too much boxing to believe that is true.Last edited by Tom Cruise; 06-02-2018, 05:09 PM.Comment

Why do ppl who dont study fights make posts ?
You CANT know what you're talking about on clips .....
Fury sets punches up and when he sits down on them they are correct ,.....
You ever hear of a guy named Ali ?
This is a blue print he took .Comment

Larry hasn't learned. Still makes bold predictions that overrate blacks and underrate non-blacks.
Fury is highly elusive, but his punching is poor. Nonetheless he confused the then reigning, unified HW champ for 12 rounds.
Your fighter of the decade - AB - is basically a journeyman now.
Good predictionComment

I have no idea wtf was wrong with Wlad in that fight, why he was so hesitant and didn’t just go in, take a few of Fury’s shots and then beat him up. I think he wanted to lose, to then rematch and win and rebecome a World heavyweight champ and set the record. He definitely did not lose due to skill.Comment

For years I felt he was underrated, now he's a bit overrated. He's very vulnerable and has been dropped by scrubs. He does have pretty good technique, movement, and hand speed for a guy his size. But, no real power. The Klitschko fight fooled a lot of people because Wlad was going through psychological issues and it made Fury look far better than he is. Still, credit to Tyson for exhibiting great movement, even if he landed less than 8 punches a round (which, sorry, just isn't going cut it against Wilder and Joshua).
Had he not wrecked his body, I'd still give him a decent chance against the current champs. But, I think his time at the top is over.Comment
