UHHHH maybe they'll have Stephen a smith and max talk about it on first take this week. Or some commercials or something. Honestly I don't think its a good move for boxing to try to get on any type of streaming service right now. Because there aren't any big enough names or an established brand like the UFC where people will look for it

yeah really baffling, also Horn got a lot of notoriety after the Pacquiao fight, everyone at my job was talking about that fight, it was on all the sports shows for a good week or two after talking about a robbery and all over twitter

ESPN could have made Horn a heel, his team talks mad crap too, Crawford is boring and doesnt talk much but he can fight they should have went with that angle

Dana White got a better deal with ESPN he said we now have 100 percent creative control and will decide which fights appear on ESPN, which are on PPV and which are on the App.

Arum basically signed a bad deal, he has no control ESPN gets top pick which fight air on TV and which go to the app

Crawford vs Horn belongs on ESPN TV, its going to be a dam good scrap and these are not little guy slike Loma, Welterweights is one of the glamour divisions and its two undefeated guys fighting for the WBO title.

It does suck badly. Horn is coming off a big win, however disputed it was, while Crawford is a world class fighter moving up.

He thought he signed a good deal, it was at the time but he gave too much creative control to ESPN, and this was before the ESPN plus app launched

UFC got a better deal, they get control and can pick the events on each platform

and they are guaranteed a grip of advertising spots to help promote the UFc


Arum screwed up on this one, no wonder haymon hasn't signed just any deal yet, they were probably offering him crap deals like this, Arum got screwed over should have just stayed on HBO
