Really like what he said about not rescoring fights, cuz once you know a narrative, you lose objectivity.

To this day I still stand by that score. To rescore a fight is dumb and unfair. I also hate when ppl score an ENTIRE fight. You score round by round.

Your list of favourite fighters is very similar to mine. Ali, SRR, Louis and Holyfield especially.
Glad you mentioned Evander. I too hope he was always clean but what a warrior!
And aside from that he was a very talented boxer with sound technique. Great jab, excellent at going to
the body, and such an unbelievable will to overcome massive odds. A true ATG.

Easy to outbox and has ovverated power against prospects and power came, out of nowhere meaning its steroid use or it is the fact that these prospects just werent what was hoped for. I mean to think jacobs didnt skip the weigh in in order to gain pounds would be ridiculous lol. And yeah i love breadmans knowledge but dont necessarily agree with every single thing anyone says. We are all wrong at times about fight game and its ok.. like say for instance there are ppl who ignore what happened in GGG Canelo fight and actually think a clean Canelo is gonna improve by leaps and bounds and GGG is gonna fall so low that Canelo gonna school him in a rematch lol. Anyway. Peace out

focusing on the IBF weighin, is just making silly excuses
I have no real problem with the IBF weigh in, but.....
1) no other organisation requires a same-day weighin
2) PLENTY of great champions did not represent the IBF
so insinuating that Jacobs was cheating by skipping the IBF weighin, when he had no intention of fighting for their title anyway, is stretching things more than just a little
Golovkin can supposedly KTFO heavyweights in sparring, and he ran around talking about 168 for YEARS..... but he went life-and-death with Jacobs because of a couple of extra pounds of rehydration weight?
that makes no sense at all
how the hell was he ever going to deal with Ward lol ?
in every division, you get smaller fighters, and you get bigger fighters..... well, Jacobs is a big un..... no big deal
he made 160..... /story
and I don't agree with your other issue either.....
"ppl who ignore what happened in GGG Canelo fight and actually think a clean Canelo is gonna improve by leaps and bounds and GGG is gonna fall"
dude, just stop with the excuses
if Canelo had been juicing in the first fight, they would have caught him..... just like they did this time
your problem is, Canelo was clean
the better fighter will make the better adjustments..... and we all saw in the first fight that the more-skilled more well-rounded fighter..... was Canelo
he will be much more confident, he will be better at the weight..... and he will be much better having already had a real good look at Golovkin for 12 rounds

nah, he lost his motivation/desire
he had a flat patch for two consecutive fights is all
I suspect that bread has not been following Saunders for very long, and is only judging him since Lee..... which will not give him the full picture regarding BJS
Saunders is happy now..... he has his mojo back, and seems to be enjoying boxing/life again..... he seems to be happy with his new team and appears to have re-dedicated himself
what you saw against Lemieux, is his true level..... and is the benchmark that you should expect from Saunders in a truly big fight..... trust me, he would give Golovkin FITS, and I would favor him to win at this point
been watching him since he was a kid..... so I know that he is capable of putting on a performance where he does not fight down to his opponents level, like appeared to be the case with Akatov and MonroeLast edited by aboutfkntime; 06-02-2018, 04:32 PM.
