He doesn't even realize how meaningless his fight with Trout is.
His focus is on looking sensational.
Which is what's been going on in the PBC circus,
    showcase their top fighters.

Trout is a step down not a step up and if Charlo can't take him out by mid rounds there's going to be a lot of talk about that...

edit >> add Lemieux to Brook for courage (if not skills)
Brooks moved up in weight, got the fight instantly, Charlo moved up in weight...…..Crickets.

He probably didn't even say, "Whaat?! You're giving me Trout for my next fight?!"
Instead, he says, "YES! Thank you. I'll show you what I'll do with the guy. I'm excited!"
          Kills me with these sisters.

You got more agenda than that eagle has beak. Golovkin didn't want Brook - the promotion in England under Eddie Hearn against where's-my-pen-Eubank was about to fall through. Brook stepped up and saved the promotion - had to likely be a Hearn fighter and Brook saved the day.

Meanwhile - Golovkin has been tangling with Canelo ever since Charlo has been at MW. No need to mention Charlo ahead of Jacobs and BJS anyway for obvious reasons.

I'm not against a Charlo fight and think Charlo would prob. win as GGG is past peak-prime but if you were in Golovkin's position you'd be chasing Canelo too - don't even try to deny it.

Yes, he should. Now, if he don't get it, who would be his next opponent? I betcha it won't be any of the above. He will continue fighting bums until Canelo gives him another shot.

The critics are right. the charlos haven't beaten anybody. one had a really close fight with a far past his prime trout you could call it a robbery now the other charlo is fighting whatever is left of trout! not impressed at all! they need to fight hurd and jacobs. Time to stop ducking and step up the competition for the charlos. charlos are weak. They been fed a weak diet fit for tiny kittens. kittens only!!!

I don't think you can fault the Charlo's for their competition on the way up. I look at Jermell's 30 fights so far and see a good list of opponents (Vanes, Lubin, Rosado) for someone getting built up.

I don't like the whining about the criticism, though. They're public figures, so just keep on winning. Shut up the naysayers that way, and earn respect that way.
