Comments Thread For: Hearn: Campbell vs. Crolla Makes Sense For Both

A fight between Luke Campbell (18-2, 15 KOs) and former WBA lightweight champion Anthony Crolla (33-6-3, 13 KOs) makes sense for both men, says their promoter Eddie Hearn.

No doubt. Even then there has to be a question mark as to when Lomachenko will be ready to fight again. So wouldn't any challenger be left in limbo?

So whilst it's going to generate more money and I can see why Crolla would go for it I'm not sure that's the best route for Cambell. I'd prefer to see him avenge his loss against Mendy and go for Beltran's WBO belt.

We all know that but it's still a good fight in England. Campbell wins.

Crolla's solid and not really bad at anything, but he's basic. Campbell has better footwork and the skill and handspeed to take him apart. Easy UD win. Right now he needs to worry about beating Mendy and putting that embarassing loss behind him. Mendy just overpowered him the last time, this time he needs to be better prepared.

Not concerned with this fight right now, Campbell/Mendy 2 is the fight I really want to see

Haha, Yoka/Allen came out of nowhere, gunna have to watch that one. Saunders/Murray just got pushed to the 3rd fight I'm most excited about that night.

2 Euro fighters who do well domestically but end up getting beat once they step up and fight a good fighter not from the UK. This happens all the time with UK fighters.
