Comments Thread For: Arum: Lomachenko Tops Out at 140, Crawford Tops Out 147

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum thinks that Vasyl Lomachenko will eventually move up in weight one more time, but says he's "way too small for Welterweight". On May 12th, Lomachenko became a three-weight World Champion after dethroning Jorge Linares, picking up the WBA and Ring Magazine belts to add to his WBO straps at 126 and 130 pounds.

Wouldnt be fair for Loma to campaign at 147, he looked a bit small on 135

I think Arum will find Crawford a vacant WBO title fight at 154 at some point in his career. His career will be defined by his run at 147 though.

I think Lomachenko should stay at 135 for a long while. He looked small against Linares, who I know is large for the weight class, but still.

I'm not at all convinced he can handle Mikey's power at 135, let alone if they fought at 140.

I favor Garcia by KO also, but he might get hit for 8 or 9 rounds first.

              I think Garcia slams Loma
Crawford and Spence drawish type fight

Last time I check Crawford was quite a bit bigger than Floyd he could find the right fight at 154 a Liam Smith, Sadam Ali, Brook he's plenty big enough for 1 of those guys....They talk so much about Jeff Horn size as If he's some 154er as well....
