Yarde isn't his fighter and Hearn already has the perfect opponent for Buatsi

Buatsi vs Burton and the winner fights Callum Johnson.

Perfect couple of fights and then the Winner would get a Top 10 Ranking and be on course for a World Title Shot.

Johnson already got a title shot, didn't duck it like Yarde

Warren is doing what a promoter is suppose to do when he knows that his fighter isn't ready...protect him.


It sucks for us as boxing fans but Warren (and Hearns) know that Yarde isn't ready...heck I watch a interview with Yarde yesterday and he even knows that he's not ready.

I’m not mad at him turning down the Beterbiev fight that guy is for real however he should be ready to fight a 6-7 fight novice at his big age of 26

he's right about Hearn mixing his own light heavies, it will give the likes of Buatsi more experience before he attempts to go up another few levels.

I'm a fan of Buatsi, kid looks a natural, but he is being brought along slow against dross.

Yarde needs stepping up also, for someone that could become mandatory WBO challenger shortly, he needs some tougher fights, Kovalev might be slipping or has slipped but he's not a fighter you want to get caught with your tadger hanging out!

Apparently Johnson already has a shot against Beterbiev. Yarde turned it down and I’m not even mad at him for that but it’s embarassing watching them try and delay the buatsi fight. They’ve already said towards the end of the year how much time does he need

As for Uncle Frank, there is a difference between being a Fan of Boxnation and being a fan of Warren. I kind of like Frank but its always two steps forward, one step back with him so he can be very frustrating at times.

Also just to be clear, the reason i'm called Boxnation_Fan is because i remember 15 years ago Boxing fans used to dream about a dedicated boxing channel especially one that showed overseas fights and Boxnation pretty much delivered that...its not perfect and some months are rubbish but then some months are great so it balances out.

Most of all though, i'm a HARDCORE BOXING FAN....i freaking love boxing, at its best its like poetry in motion. I used to box myself but once i went to university any thoughts of turning Pro ended and i'm now doing something completely different.

I don't watch other sports or televsion shows. Only four things i like are Boxing, Film, Art and Political activism...or SJW if you want to call me that!

Interesting and I’m being genuine I like to know more about posters lives. Sjw has a negative connotation on here but why would you be against social justice? You seem like an older boxing fan do you remember setanta sports? That was excellent for boxing I really miss that channel I know boxnation has most of the fights it would’ve got but I had that channel for free.

You say buatsi has been brought along slow against dross but he’s only had 6 fights and they’ve been undercards. Yarde has been headlining cards against a similar level of opposition
