Making excuses for a fighter that for half a decade refuses any drug test even with the biggest fight on the table because he's scared of needles yet has a ton of tattoos and keeps getting tattoos. lol Where has that pacman power gone? Why is he on the list of fighters refusing drug testing with a back full of acne? Was a knockout artist his ENTIRE career then all a sudden he can't knock out anybody at the same time he's linked to PEDS then refuses to take drug test for years and even today refuses to take any tests. Now into his late 30s turned 40 and has acne breakout for the first time on his back (you know that's a huge side effect of steroids not saying but hmm).

pac just came off a ko in that fight!! that was more of a feeler fight for manny to get him back in the groove, that's why they picked rios, i wouldnt look too much into that fight. and that was rios first fight at 147 BUT he was NOT the smaller guy in there!

i know its been said over and over that "this will be the one where pac gets his first ko in years".. but then come fight night those guys switches up.
