Look at 2:11 of Round 10. That shoulder injury definitely bothered him a lot.
He had to do swings with right hand under specific wide angles so that hand wouldn't interfere with opponent's hand on counter course otherwise it would push shoulder joint in pain.
Also straight hand shots were more careful. He managed to use his Right often ASAP as Linares was done (Right hook + Left uppercut made it) and then Linares was doomed.

Darn, Loma's Right is the worker's hand yet he stand like a poker champ.
