Golovkin will fight Charlo or Dervaychencko next either way, so its good for boxing. We want to see the top men fight each other. Be great if Canelo faced Saunders or Jacobs in the meantime, that would make the rematch something special Unfortunately im guessing he fights Spike while Saunders probably fights yet another Golovkin retread after Murray.

This is bull****, the guy has done nothing wrong and it looks as though he’s gonna get stripped of either the ibf or the wbc....as much as I wanna see the charlo fight, surely the wbc mandatory was fulfilled last September and it’s the ibfs turn.... I would care about GGG getting stripped, but since he dropped the idea of going undisputed and facing BJS in favor of a money fight, I got no problem with him beeing forced to vacate IBF strap for Charolo fight.

his options that are best for boxing are (in order) Canelo, Saunders, Charlo

if not Canelo, I think they will fight Murata or Derevyanchenko

I hope he fights Charlo, although I believe that this is a ploy by the WBC to force the Canelo fight because GGG will make more with facing him than Charlo with the same risk. I believe GGG would run through Derevyanchenko without much trouble. Nothing Derevyanchenko has done so far has impressed me enough to think he’s a major challenge for GGG.
