I noticed watching Mayweather Maidana when Mikey got called on and recognized, he showed all his teeth and maintained that smile. In the animal kingdom, the display of teeth with smile is a sign of weakness. Also, he was disrespected, some guy walked past him while he was being recognized. I actually felt sorry for him when I saw it. I like his left hook, but I'm just telling you what I see

The facts are this:

He allegedly injured his shoulder fighting Jorge in the 2nd round.

He then went 8 rounds with the 3rd best lightweight (at that time) in the division.

Using his supposedly badly injured shoulder he eventually overcame said lightweight.

After the fight huge questions of a Mikey fight were thrown at him.

A few weeks later this "injury" apparently is so bad he is out indefinitely just as Mikey is lining up a unification superfight later this year or next.

I think Bob and Loma are definitely using this injury to duck Mikey. He might be injured but it's probably not to the extent they're leading on.

Remember, all they have to do is kill some time and wait for Mikey to move to 140. Loma will be out until late this year and then they'll insist on a tune-up. That puts off a Garcia fight until at least June of next year. Mikey will definitely move up by then probably. And the Trump supporters will claim Mikey is ducking.
