85/15 is the purse split IF the fight go to bid. The other governing belts do 75/25 for the champ, but the IBF does 85/15. That's why hearn mentioned he wants to speak his promoters with hope of making a deal before it goes to bid.

OK thanx for the heads up. Now I wonder why any fighter would even mess with IBF, and not just for this rule.
